use the information in the video to figure out the following questions. 

1) How fast would you need to go (figure out your mass by taking your weight and convert it to kg, 2.2 lbs = 1kg)
     explain your process.

2) Why does the solid arm help in getting over the bar, defend your reason.

3) Would it be easier if the chain was longer or shorter? Prove it with numbers and examples.
