End of day OPERATIONS
At the end of class, the exit ticket will be the Google spreadsheet curated by the Administrative Executive, but shared with the group and me, with the following information for each day:
Start-of-the-Day Goals and Tasks (Operations Officer): What are your team's goals for the week? What are today's goals for your team? What tasks/concepts are assigned to each team member for the day? What subjects or concepts do you need me to explain next class in order to accomplish your goals?
Daily Minutes (Administrative Executive): Need to record the following every 30 minutes of group work: What are the tasks/concepts each team member is working on? What discussions or decisions were made in the group? What were some successful moments? What were some unproductive moments?
Design Progress Log (Industrial Engineer): What plans does your team have for product design? How have those changed over the course of the day? What new information or experiments led to these changes?
Team Summary (Project Manager): Did your team accomplish its goals for today? How did each team member perform? How might the challenges within the group dynamics be overcome? How did your team do on the tasks assigned by the Operations Officer?
